Antigua and Barbuda v. USA-Online Gambling Dispute

In 2003, Antigua and Barbuda requested consultations with the U.S. on the measures implemented by authorities in the U.S. and that affect the cross-border supply of gambling and betting services. Antigua and Barbuda argued that the U.S. measures are intended to hinder the supply of gambling and betting services from another WTO member state to the U.S. and that they in turn are contrary to the obligations set forward in the GATS.
