Ugra Declaration: Information and communication in the digital age

The conference brought together about 100 participants from academia, civil society, private sector and other stakeholder groups to discuss problems, phenomena and trends in the area of ICTs, which can have a significant impact on the socio-cultural landscape in the near future. A set of recommendations have been outlined to with the aim of supporting the development in the field of ICTs and the ability of science and the society to keep up with the changing reality.
