Standards for a free, open and inclusive internet

The Standards for a Free, Open and Inclusive Internet, written by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in 2017, aims to assist the member states in their efforts to incorporate a human rights-based focus in the design, development, and implementation of policies affecting the Internet. The main topics are: The Right to Freedom of Thought and Expression, Access to information and Privacy and Data Protection.
