Seoul-Melbourne Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Countering Spam

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) encourages co-operation between its signatories on minimising spam originating, passing through and being sent to end-users in each signatory. The MoU outlines the scope of the co-operation, which encompasses encouraging the exchange of information, strategies, intelligence, as well as industry collaboration. It also defines forms co-operation between signatories can take, and it mandates that each signatory designates a representative who will act as a contact point.
