The Wales Summit Declaration, issued by the Heads of State and Government participating in the meeting of the North Atlantic Council in Wales, endorses an Enhanced Cyber Defence Policy. The policy affirms that cyber defence is part of NATO’s collective defence. The policy also recognises that international law applies in cyberspace.
