London Action Plan

The London Action Plan (LAP) is a framework that promotes international cooperation in enforcing spam-related legislation and addresses spam-related problems (online fraud, malware, phishing and dissemination of viruses, etc.) It requests that governments and public agencies use their best efforts to develop better international spam enforcement cooperation, and that private sector representatives use their best efforts to develop public-private partnerships against spam.
