The Green Paper looks at the current payment landscape and its shortfalls. It drafts out the SEPA vision and objectives and highlights ways to stimulate the further market integration of tech-related solutions including cards, e- and m-payments. It also provides inputs on the governance of SEPA suggesting a a more active involvement of the EU institutions in the SEPA governance.
