The e-Accessibility Policy Handbook for Persons with Disabilities is based upon the online ITU-G3ict e-Accessibility Policy Toolkit for Persons with Disabilities which was released in February 2010. The Toolkit and the handbook are the main references on the implementation of the ICT dispositions of the CRPD. They identify the key steps required to ensure that the Information Society is barrier free and benefits everyone. The 4 main sections of the handbooks:
