Assessment report on international cooperation on cybercrime in the Eastern Partnership region

Policy Reports

This report is based on the replies to the questionnaire on international cooperation in cybercrime sent to corresponding states by the Council of Europe in 2015, as well as on experience from extensive discussions on the same matter that took place during the workshop on “Improving international cooperation on cybercrime in the Eastern Partnership region”, organised by the Council of Europe on 9-11 September 2015 in Bucharest, Romania. This report takes note of the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) assessment report on mutual legal assistance provisions of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, adopted by the Committee at its 12th Plenary in December 2014, and uses the abundance of additional information and analysis available in the report.
