Ms Jelena Tašković

Ms Jelena Tašković has a BA in Social Work and has been a member of the Digital Watch Observatory since May 2023, contributing her expertise within the Human Rights basket. Currently based in Belgrade, she researches the profound impact of digital technology and artificial intelligence on human rights. Jelena's academic career began at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade and she furthered her education at the College of Social Work, majoring in social policy and social work. Her dedication to advancing human rights has led her to focus specifically on gender and children's rights in the digital world, which has always been a driving force throughout her career. Before joining the Digital Watch Observatory, Jelena used her commitment to nurturing an inclusive environment as a Human Resources Manager in international corporations, and for many years she also volunteered at the Center for Social Work in Belgrade, where she consistently advocated for equal opportunities for every individual.
