The World Economic Forum on Africa will be held on 3-5 May 2017, in Durban, South Africa.

Organised by the World Economic Forum, in partnership with the Government of the Republic of South Africa, the event will convene regional and global leaders from business, government, and civil society to explore solutions to create economic opportunities for all. Discussions will revolve around the need to promote shared growth nationally, regionaly, and globally, and to strengthen economic resilience and create jobs. Digital policy issues will be covered during the three-day event, as participants will discuss, among others, the need for agile and responsive policies to deal with the chalelnges brought by the Fourth Industrial revolution.
