Towards the EU Cybersecurity Certification Framework for Products and Services

The European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) and the European Commission will organise a conference on the preparations for the EU cybersecurity certification framework for products and services. The conference will be held on 1 March 2018, in Brussels, Belgium.

The event is organised as a follow-up on the European Commission's proposal for a European cybersecurity certification framework for products and services under the Cybersecurity Act Proposal. It will offer an opportunity to EU member states and industry representatives to share their views on the certification framework proposals. Points for discussions will include the role of ENISA in the certification framework, industry challenges and opportunities in future cybersecurity certification schemes, and conformity assessment bodies.
