Sector Inquiry into E-commerce

The European Commission is soliciting views and comments of interested stakeholders about the findings of the Preliminary Report on the e-commerce sector inquiry. The Preliminary Report provides an overview of the main competition-relevant market trends identified in the e-commerce sector inquiry and points to possible competition concerns. Through the public consultation, the Commission wishes to trigger a facts-based exchange of views with stakeholders on the findings of the report.
