Putting the European Open Science Cloud Vision into Practice

The 'Putting the European Open Science Cloud Vision into Practice' will be held on 22–25 January 2018, in Porto, Portugal. The conference is organised by EUDAT, a project that aims to contribute to the production of a Collaborative Data Infrastructure (CDI) for managing data spanning European research data centres and community data repositories. 

The event will showcase the latest trends in data infrastructure and data management solutions for research, will demo the solutions developed by EUDAT to address reserachers and research communities' data management needs, and will offer information about concrete opportunities offered by the EUDAT CDI to service providers and research communities. There will also be discussions on the progress of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) and the European Data Infrastructure (EDI). 

Participants will include decision-makers and data managers, scientists and research communities, policy-makers, e-Infrastructure projects, and research infrastructures, among others.
