The next edition of RightsCon will be held online on 27-31 July.
The event was originally scheduled for 9-12 June 2020, San José, Costa Rica, and then postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
As with previous editions, the event is being organised by Access Now.
Since 2011, RightsCon events have been convened around the world to discuss human rights in the digital age. The event is expected to bring together more than 3000 participants from 130 countries, representing business leaders, policy makers, legal professionals, government representatives, technologists, and human rights activists.
The programme will include over 400 sessions, private meetings and discussions, and satellite events among other activities.
