The 72nd meeting of the North American Operators Group (NANOG) will be held on 19–21 February 2018, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. NANOG 72 is organised in partnership with CyrusOne.
The meeting will bring together the Internet engineering community in North America, for three days of discussions and exchange of experiences on issues such as mesh networks, data modeling-driven management, Internet routing, network automation, women in technology, WHOIS policies, protocol evolution and implications for network operators, and the Domain Name System (DNS). The agenda of the event will include: plenary presentations on operation issues of concern to Internet backbone operators; tutorials on certain topics of interest for network operators; and Birds of a Feather (BOFs) focused on egineering problems and technical issues.
