Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online

The 12th edition of the International Conference on 'Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online' will take place in Warsaw, Poland on 18-19 Sepember 2018.

The conference is being organised by the Polish and German Safer Internet Centers within the framework of the European Commission's Connecting Europe Facility Program, in collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The Conference theme will fall within the ITU European Regional Initiative EUR4 – Building Confidence and Security in the Use of Telecommunications/ICTs, adopted by WTDC-14, Dubai; and it will cover topics on the safety of children and young people on the Internet. Aiming to raise awareness on the potential risks of the online world, the conference targets the representatives of the education sector, NGOs, judiciary and law enforcement agencies, and Internet content service providers.
