The second edition of the IoT Solutions World Congress (IoTSWC16) will be held on 25-27 October 2016, in Barcelona, Spain. The event is organised by Fira de Barcelona, in partnership with the Industrial Internet Consortium.
The aim of the congress is to bring together providers of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and industry representatives, in order to help the latter increase productivity via IoT technology. It will focus on IoT solutions in six dedicated areas: manufacturing, healthcare, energy and utilities, transportation and logistics, and innovation and technology.
The IoT Solutions World Congress is committed to educating companies and IoT professionals about how to best evaluate and deploy new Industrial IoT opportunities, so they can bolster their return of investment. In this three day program, congress attendees will hear from end-users, deployment experts, standards organisations, government agencies, and industry peers that are realising the potential of the industrial IoT landscape.
The conference will try to explain how industrial IoT innovations, technologies, standards, and the utilisation of data is changing business models and creating service revenue streams that were previously unforeseen.
