International Forum on the New Global Challenges in Cybersecurity

The International Forum on The New Global Challenges in Cybersecurity will take place from 16-17 October 2018 at the Romanian National Library in Bucharest, Romania. 

Co-organised by the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and CERT-RO, the forum will fall within the framework of the ITU European Regional Initiative on Building Confidence and Security in the use of Telecommunications and ICTs. The event will be relevant for representatives of Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs/CERTs/CIRTs), policymakers in cybersecurity, and law enforcement agencies. The 2018 edition will cover policy developments at the European and international level, focusing on capacity building tools and initiatives, implementation of new technologies in cybersecurity, as well as insights from the global threat landscape.​
