Global Privacy Summit 2020

* Due to growing concerns over the spread of COVID-19, the IAPP has cancelled the Global Privacy Summit.

The Global Privacy Summit 2020 will explore the risk of defining personal data as an economic resource without the counterbalance of individual privacy rights.

A training will be held on 5-6 April followed by the main conference on 7-8 April 2020.

The event is organised by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), founded in 2000, a not-for-profit association that is uniquely positioned to help define, inform, and advance the privacy profession through networking, education, and certification. As the privacy profession continues to develop and grow, the IAPP can help evangelise the need for trained professionals to meet the increasing demands placed on businesses and organisations managing data.
