The International Security Cyber Issues Workshop Series: The Future of Norms to Preserve and Enhance International Cyber Stability will be held on 9-10 February 2016 in Room V of the Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland.

This workshop will review progress in the development of norms for responsible State behavior in cyberspace. The intent of this first workshop is to develop new ideas for norms, identify what is technologically feasible and useful, and to help lay the groundwork for the next GGE.

The event is organised by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research and the Center for Strategic and International Studies and with support from the Governments of the Netherlands and the United States.
