EU-US Series: The New Transatlantic Trade and Technology Agenda

DIGITALEUROPE is hosting an online series of talks first of which, The New Transatlantic and Technology Agenda', will take place on 21 April 2021.

Europe has proposed the EU-US Trade and Technology Council (TTC) as the key forum if the ambition of a transatlantic technology alliance is to be met. DIGITALEUROPE is bringing together decision-makers and stakeholders to discuss the prospects for establishing the TTC, and how it could ensure that the EU and US lead the global challenge of post-Covid recovery as 'tech allies.'

The series, called Allies-Talk or EU-US Series, will discuss challenges such as tariff disputes, digital tax, and WTO reform and the road ahead for Brussels and Washington on redefining the transatlantic trade relationship, rather than reverting to “business as usual.”
