The Digital Festival 2017 will be held on 1 June, in Brussels, Belgium. The aim of the event is to bridge the gap between policymakers and innovators, and allow technology startups and industry leaders to share their visions with policymakers, press, and the world.
The one day event will feature talks, workshops, and debates structured around three main themes:
- smart living: digital health, smart cities, Internet of Things and connected devices, virtual reality;
- smart working: the workforce of the future, digital ecosystems and partnerships, platform economy, coding skills, artificial intelligence and automation; and
- smart society: digital, politics and democracy, the preservation of culture and history, digital against crime, and STEM education.
