Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention Committee – 16th Plenary

The 16th plenary session of the Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention Committee will be held on 14-15 November 2016, in Strasbourg, France. 

The Cybercrime Convention Committee works to facilitate the effective use and implementation of the Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention. The 16th session of the Committee will feature discussions on issues such as: the status of signatories, ratifications, and accessions to the Convention and its protocol; access to data and electronic evidence in the context of cloud computing; capacity building initiatives and online resources for internation cooperation in the area of cybercrime; and a draft guidance note on aspects of terrorism covered by the Convention.
