Asia-Pacific Spectrum Management Conference

The third annual Asia-Pacific Spectrum Management Conference will be held on 2–3 May 2017, in Bangkok, Thailand.

Organised by Forum Global and the International Telecommunication Union, the event will feature discussions on topical issues related to the management and coordination of spectrum policy across the Asia-Pacific region. The programme of the conference will include sessions on the following topics: regional preparations for the World Radiocommunication Conference 2019; the right mix of spectrum to deliver 4G; assesing the approach to public protection and disaster relief in the region; best practices in pricing and licensing conditions; spectrum sharing – how sharing can be best exploited to increase capacity and efficiency; 5G rollout; powering the smart cities in the future.
