Artificial Intelligence: Are Regions Up to the Challenge?

The event 'Artificial Intelligence: are regions up to the challenge?' will be held on 30 November 2017 in Brussels, Belgium, and is being organised by the Assembly of European Regions (AER).

The event, which will gather regional and interregional stakeholders from the public and the private sector, aims to highlight artificial intelligence (AI) experience and stories from the regions, facilitate mutual learning, and identify fields for action at regional level across Europe. 

Participants can also expect to discuss social and economic impacts of AI, needs in terms of policy-making and cooperation, and funding opportunities for regional stakeholders, among other issues.
