The 44th meeting of Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC) will be held from 7 to 14 September 2017 at Taichung, Taiwan.

Structured in two parts, the meeting will comprise of technical workshops, held from 7 to 11, September, and the actual conference, from 12 to 14 September.

The meeting is expected to convene the technical community, members of national Internet registries, governments, Internet service providers, and APNIC members from the Asia Pacific region.

The conference will include technical and policy sessions, sessions on regional updates,  tutorials, lightning talks, and bird of feather sessions. Some of the topics to be discussed include the domain name system (DNS) key signing keys, IPv6 transition, IPv6 readiness measurement, and deployment in mobile networks, virtualisation, traffic engineering.

A  call for papers and a call for application for the APNIC Fellowship Programme have been launched. Registration for the event is also open.
