The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network aims to address the tension between the cross-border Internet and national jurisdictions, and the need for transnational cooperation in order to diffuse such tension, enable digital coexistence in cross-border spaces, and avoid fragmentation.

The initiative provides a global, multistakeholder, and neutral platform for discussions on the elaboration of shared transnational dues process frameworks to govern interactions between governments, Internet paltforms and operators, and users.

The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network runs an Internet & Jurisdiction Observatory, which provides input into the global dialogue process and observes legislative and administrative developments, as well as court decisions around the world, to detect the tension between the cross-border Internet and national jurisdictions.
